Day 1
Breakfast-N/A (woke up late)
Lunch-pasta w/marinara & cheese (10)
Dinner-pesto pasta (8)
Snack-Cadberry eggs (4), Reeses Eggs, 2 (4), a piece small sausage pizza (6)
32 ounces water (0)
1 Coke Zero (0)
2 Diet DPs (0_
Total: 32 pts. (28 max)
Didn't eat balanced food. Gave in to THREE temptations. Not a great day. Not a terrible day.
WOW, and MORE. I also ate a baked potatoe with butter (4) and a chili w/ cheese and crackers (6) so a total of 42 points.
AND more. . .I had a drink at Fido's (6) AND cheese sticks (12) from Sonic. . .a total of 60 points. WOW that's WAY too many. That's MORE THAN TWICE as many as I should have.
So something I need to remember. Just because I mess up some-I don't have to totally give in. I tend to do that and just say, "I'll start over tomorrow. . ." Well-EVERY decision counts as calories. . .so I need to make good decisions with EACH choice, even if I've already messed up that day. So HERES to tomorrow!

Fine@29
My mission. To be "fine @ 29". That's 29 years of age. How old I'll be next birthday. Next February. I weighed myself tnite-haven't for MONTHS. I am at 297 lbs. That's just ridiculous. I've never in my life weighed that much. I'm far from healthy and CAN NOT believe I weigh almost 300 lbs. Now I do have some reasons why I've gained weight recently, due to an accident and being unable to excercise for the last 9 months or so, but STILL-I should not weigh this much. I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and however much I want.
I KNOW what I need to do to lose weight. I'm not stupid. I'm not uninformed. I've just been lazy. Well, NO MORE LAZY. I want to be HEALTHY and HAPPY with my weight.
So, here's the plan of action. I will post EXACTLY what I eat and drink each day as well as what type and length of exercise that I did. We are officially starting tomorrow. I want this to be a lifestyle change, not a diet. I'll losely follow the "Weight Watchers" plan as it is reasonable, fairly easy to follow, and has worked in the past. It also is something I could do for the rest of my life.
My overall goal is to be under 200 lbs. Ideal would be around 175-180. I think if I got to that point, I'd be healthy and happy with where I was. I know this is not going to happen in a short period of time-I've spent 28 years of my life getting to where I am now. So HERE it goes. Lord, I'm going to need your help!
